Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. GlowXtra Skincare is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
