At GlowXtra Skincare, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@glowxtra.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Microcurrent Facial Roller

The Microcurrent Facial Roller is considered a personal-use electronic beauty device.

Returns are accepted only if:

1. The device is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition; or
2. The device arrives defective, damaged, or develops a verified manufacturing defect during the warranty period.

For hygiene reasons, used Microcurrent Facial Rollers are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

If your device is defective, please contact us with your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue. We may request additional information or troubleshooting before approving a replacement or refund.

GlowXtra Serums

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, opened or used serums cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds or replacements will only be provided if:

- The product arrives damaged;
- You receive the wrong product; or
- The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

Unopened and unused serums may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original sealed packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@glowxtra.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Used Microcurrent Facial Rollers (unless confirmed defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom products


Exchanges

If your product is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it when eligible.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your approved return has been processed.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
